Description
The RTD temperature probes can be built with terminal heads out of stainless steel, aluminum diecasting, or plastic.
Various process connections are available to meet the different requirements of individual food/pharmaceutical sectors. From screw connections G 1/2 with CIP-conform sealing cone, taper sockets with union nut (milk pipe screw connection), clamping sockets up to movable ball weld-in sockets, weld-in sockets, Varivent connections, and ball weld-in socket. The protection tubes are made of stainless steel.
The RTD temperature probes for the food/pharmaceutical industry are suitable for use in a temperature range between -50 to +250°C.
High accuracy is ensured by single or double temperature sensors Pt100 according to DIN EN 60751, class A in 3-wire circuitry.
Optional analog or programmable 2-wire transmitters can be used for longer transmission distances.
